Veritas Extracurricular Activities Application

Application to enroll your children in our extracurricular activities.

Students are not required to attend Veritas. Homeschool and traditional school children are welcome to enroll in our activities programs. See the schedule and fees pages for more info.

TO REGISTER:

1. Complete the Application. Click here to download it.
2. Review schedule, select activities and call 593-8791 to register a spot.
3. Send fee (payable to Veritas Academy, Inc.) to: 12685 Ulmerton Road - Largo, FL 33774
   Student is considered enrolled once payment is received.
