Self Control is having control of one's emotions, desires, or actions.

"Be ye angry and sin not..."
Here is what we will work on this month:
- not act impulsively
- not equate desires with rights
- set my own limits
- see anger as a sign that something is wrong
- walk away from things that aren't right
Phil 2:3-8
"...And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross."
Gratitude-is recognizing that what you have is an undeserved gift and expressing appreciation to God for all that you have.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
"Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstance, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."
